• All project quotes are estimates based on information provided and initial inspections. Final costs may vary if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work.
• We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Service timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to supply chain, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
• All work is carried out by qualified tradespeople adhering to applicable UK building regulations and standards.

• A deposit may be required before work commences, depending on the scope and materials required for the project.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.
• Late payments may attract interest charges as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Card payments may be arranged on request.
• All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied where required by law.

While we strive to deliver the highest quality workmanship, Patel Construction & Joinery Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.
• Damage claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of the completion of works.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee to cover costs already committed.
• Deposits paid for materials or bespoke orders are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has commenced.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as practicable.
